OUR PROCESS

  • 01: INTRODUCTORY CALL

    Our initial consultation will consist of discussing your vision and basic project details during a 30-minute phone call.

  • 02: SITE VISIT

    Whenever possible, we’ll visit the space to gather key details, such as lighting conditions, and evaluate the best plant placement options.

    If your project is still in the planning stages, we can review floor plans and specification documents to better understand the scope and design requirements.

  • 03: DESIGN & ESTIMATE

    After our site visit, we’ll craft a tailored design proposal outlining recommended plants, containers, a custom layout, estimated costs, and a preliminary timeline.

    For projects with built-in planters or other integrated plant installations, our recommendations balance visual impact with practical maintenance considerations.

  • 04: PROCUREMENT

    Once the design proposal is approved and the deposit is received, our team gets to work. We source containers, clean and treat plants, and prepare all necessary materials.

    Most installations take place within 2–4 weeks of project approval, though timelines may vary based on customization and lead times.

  • 05: INSTALLATION

    On installation day, our team arrives prepared to bring the project to life. Plants and containers are delivered with care, and we maintain a safe, tidy workspace throughout. We work efficiently to minimize disruptions to you and your home.

    Once the installation is complete, we walk you through the space to introduce your new plants and ensure everything meets your expectations.

  • We have a project minimum of $5,000, which reflects the time, care, and creativity that go into crafting our custom designs. Each project is tailored to suit your space and vision, requiring thoughtful planning and expert execution. This minimum ensures we can deliver the high-quality results our clients have come to expect.

  • Once you have approved the design proposal, it typically takes about 2-3 weeks for all plants and containers we source to arrive. Projects with made-to-order planters may take longer to complete. A detailed project timeline will be included with your design proposal.

  • We offer residential plant maintenance services on a case-by-case basis exclusively for projects installed by Coach House Plants. To ensure the best care for your plants, we require a monthly maintenance minimum of $450. This allows us to provide the consistent, high-quality service your plants deserve.

  • We do not offer one-off or temporary maintenance services.

  •  We do not offer repotting services.

  • We do not offer moving services for plants.
